Job Description:

We are seeking passionate and experienced teachers to join our team at Lovenest International Christian School ! We are a reputable pre-school and primary school dedicated to providing a nurturing environment that fosters academic excellence and character development.

Responsibilities:

– Plan and deliver engaging lessons to pre-school (ages 3-5) and primary school students (ages 6-11)
– Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth
– Develop and implement curriculum aligned with our school’s vision and standards
– Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents
– Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and student outcomes
– Participate in staff development and training programs

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
– Teaching certification or diploma (e.g., Montessori, NCE, PGCE)
– Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (pre-school and/or primary school)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
– Strong classroom management and organizational skills
– Passion for teaching and commitment to student learning

Preferred Qualifications:

– Master’s degree in Education or related field
– Experience with curriculum development and implementation
– Knowledge of child development theories and educational technology
